SAFE SCHOOL

Student safety is our utmost priority, as there is nothing more precious to a parent or teacher than a child’s well-being. As an institution that nurtures future generations, our primary responsibility is to foster awareness and ensure a safe and secure environment at all times. Today, school safety, crisis management, and emergency preparedness are more than just procedures, they are essential commitments.

CCTV SURVEILLANCE

The entire campus is under continuous CCTV surveillance, ensuring full coverage with no blind spots. FIRE SAFETY AND SAFETY DRILLS Fire safety devices are installed on each floor and undergo regular inspection and maintenance. Mock drills and training sessions are conducted for both students and staff to enhance preparedness. ERP (ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING) ERP is implemented to enhance student safety and security. Parents receive regular updates through the system, including daily notifications. Additionally, SMS alerts for absenteeism are sent to parents as part of our proactive communication approach.

SCHOOL TRANSPORT

The safe transportation of our students is of paramount importance. All our school buses are well-equipped with Air Conditioning (AC), Speed Governors, Fire Extinguishers, Medical Kits and GPS Tracking (monitored by the transport in-charge). All buses are under CCTV surveillance with no blind spots, ensuring a secure transport experience. GPS tracking further enhances safety and provides parents with real-time updates. Each bus is staffed with a well-trained driver and a female attendant, ensuring
continuous supervision and monitoring. Students are safely picked up and dropped off at their designated bus stops. Attendance is recorded twice daily—once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Effective bus disinfection procedures are also followed regularly to maintain hygiene and safety.

MESS FACILITY

A healthy, freshly prepared meal is available for all students and staff at the Annapurna Mess, ensuring nutritious and balanced food options.

AC CNG buses with GPS

The school has a well-maintained, dedicated fleet of buses with the required safety measures that include CCTV surveillance, first aid kit, fire extinguishers, seat belts, and communication facility. The bus crew, including bus hostesses, undergo regular training programmes on road safety, safe driving, student safety, first aid, health and hygiene, punctuality, communication skills, etc.

Swimming pool and Splash pool

Every child hs the opportunity to learn to swim and gain core knowledge regarding water safety with the help of comprehensive and effective swimming lessons in our own indoor swimming pool.

Smart board classrooms

The spacious and wellventilated classrooms with natural light provide a conducive environment for learning. Every classroom has audio-visual facilities including live streaming of classroom teaching, a public address system, display boards, lockers for students, and ergonomically designed age-appropriate furniture.

Computer lab

The school has two air-conditioned Computer Laboratories with high-speed broadband connectivity and audio-visual facilities. All computers have the required configuration and software to support children's learning and the effective delivery of the curriculum. The computer labs provide an individual workstation for every child for future careers in computer science and technology-driven fields..

Science & Math lab

Welcome to our engaging mathematics lab, where students explore the beauty of numbers through interactive activities, puzzles, and real-world applications, fostering a deeper understanding and love for mathematics.

The school has spacious, well-equipped Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Science Laboratories. Models, Specimens, Displays, Charts, Learning Kits, Audio -Visual Equipment, etc. help teachers demonstrate, validate and establish various scientific principles, and facilitate children verify theories, and relate to fundamental principles and concepts.

Social Studies & Geography lab

In the lab, students are encouraged to use recycled or sustainable materials to create models and teaching aids. This promotes sustainability and reduces the environmental impact of the lab. Students also collect resources from the field, such as rock samples, soil samples, and plant samples, which can be used for observation in the lab.
